I switched to daily brushing with just salt water and only once a week with my coconut oil/baking soda toothpaste. I may cut it out altogether when it’s used up. He stresses the importance of a balanced mouth microbiome.
He also had an interesting section on breathing, tooth and jaw alignment and things of that nature and I started practicing a proper breathing technique, mostly while walking (mouth closed, toungue pressed against the back of upper teeth).
I am looking into fermented cod liver oil and high vitamin butter oil for vit. A, D and K2 (which in the days when he wrote the book they referred to as “Activator X”). Ramiel has very high opinions on this subject!
