hi Mo,
Go to the Edit Profile page in your user control panel (or click here http://forum.lowcarber.org/profile.php?do=editprofile ). Scroll down about half-way, to the Custom User Title section. Contibuting Members have the option of creating their own title, or simply click the Reset button to revert to the forum default
