I have been here before but have just now decided to become more active

i have pcos, diagnosed at 15. i have 3 kidz and am now trying to lose weight after some serious hormonal weight gains from hell.

I am trying a low carb diet, but am having problems with it. apparently, i'm not going low enough in carbs.

but not sure i can do it
