I haven't heard about the NOOM app from certain co-workers, I think the holidays are killing their enthusiasm. Expect to hear more after the New Year, of course.
With 1.5 hours of exercise a DAY, I stabilized with low fat eating at a size 12.
Keto, no exercise, size 8. Effortlessly. Now, to me, that's one compelling "testimony" which I have shared with everyone who asks.
And yet... crickets.
