I never know what to expect out of the scale, from day to day. I haven't been using a tape measure because I don't trust my ability to be consistent with the tightness of the tape and/or the placement. However, I do measure my ribs in the location you would consider the bra band. As little as a month ago, I was 38 inches. I am now almost 35 inches. That's a huge drop. almost three inches in a month or so. Now I wish I knew what date I measured.
