This was my exact experience the first week after I read this thread and then really paid attention to upping my calories (they were way too low) by eating more fats. I ate sausages, jalapeno poppers full of cream cheese, dipped pork rinds in sour cream, ate peanut butter and made some really rich venison chili, and lost 4.5 pounds. Amazing! This past week, I was busier and strayed back to more chicken and such, and still, lost 2.
