Hi Rina, I advise you to take xenadrine only when you plan to workout or exercise...no point taking it before food....it mainly increases your heartbeat and thus....you should exercise with it. And I heard abt dependency on the xenadrine...so take it when you want to exercise.
tweety, i suggest that you relax a bit more on the intake...unless u are doing induction. singapore is a tough place to LC. so you should widen your options to have more more more veges (leafy ones), some protein, some lower carb fruits. n pick natural foods instead of luncheon meat, ham, etc etc...i think the carb intake will shoot up to 60g. but its mainly good carbs that you take, and u can even minus the fibre carb from them. that makes ur carb intake even lower. =P
even the chicken chop gravy got carbs, what you reckon? haha
