I have only been doing the CALP (which includes a reward meal once daily, eaten within 60 minutes) for about a week. I can't tell how it is working for me as for as the scales are concerned, but it is sure nice to be able to know that I can have a cookie or a piece of fruit, if I should desire to.
May I ask, what don't you like about the Sugar Busters? I have the book, but never really read it. I understand it is very healthy for, especially, diebetics! Are you losing weight on it or not?
Have you ever done the Atkins, or the CAD/CALP? If this CALP does not work for me after a while, then I plan to go back to the Low Fat/Low Calorie, with regrets!
