I would like to see the scientific evidence to support the claims that site makes. Sounds more like sales hype that peer reviewed science to me. Magnesium oxide is the least absorbed form of magnesium and is less effective than Magnesium citrate if you want it's laxative properties.
If you want to increase your magnesium status then you need to look at sites that can back up what they say.
