Hi all! Went to the gym after a week of not going.
My left knee was hurting me alot, didn't know why. I went to the gym and could only do half of my treadmill, but I did all the other exercised that I do. It was at work when I was waiting for a plot to come out of the printer when I felt and heard a loud snap! My knee had popped itself back into position. I had a slightly dislocated knee all last week. Well I'm pain free now
