I'm not taking it at all at this time because of previous attempts which failed.

When I had GERD, I knew of 2 natural remedies:

• ACV
• Apple (raw)

The one that worked for me was raw apple. ACV made it worse.

I'm also one of those people who can't use citrus without my mouth breaking out in sores.
