Her ADD/ADHD knowledge is limited; her railing that is is just a sugar high is NOT true for those with real ADD/ADHD. My son is a great example for me to study the effects of his foods of choice. My son also has low seratonin levels as well. When BOTH dopamine and seratonins are elevated to normal levels he is very different. These two work in balance, like ying and yang. ( Dr Daniel AMen is my resource.)
