You can usually find NatureMade at a drugstore like Walgreens or I think Kroger too. Also check the SpringValley line at Walmart, that brand often ranks well for quality at a value price and it may have a generic senior multi (for a no iron blend).
I stopped taking calcium beside the small amount in my multi as now there are concerns about too much in arteries and a link to heart disease and other risks listed here. http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/ca...NSECTIONGROUP=2
You should get enough calcium from your green vegetables.
Have you found a local farmer or market for veggies? Fall squashes are coming in here...they make good starch substitutes. Hope you and your family are doing well and found some new recipes you like.
