I was just curious about the nutrient values of the veggies... fruits just leave me wanting more and more sugar! And curious to see if anyone just kind of stuck to the same eating regime.... I usually stick with cauliflower, mushrooms, leafy greens, zucchini, and sometimes tomatoes! I'll go to fitday, thank you!
