Default "There's no evidence" translated

I was just reading a study about the difference between synthetic thyroid hormone and a natural hormone like Armour. There's a large subset of hypothyroid patients who report doing better on the natural. There's tons of studies and patients supporting this difference online.

However, the study could not find any metrics that would indicate how this differences was taking place. There was literally nothing they could graph from what patients reported.

So the conclusion was:

Quote:
there is no evidence to support natural thyroid hormone as a replacement therapy

And there's your Standard of Care. It literally has nothing to do with patient satisfaction.
