I've recently started using a lightbox. I meditate every morning for anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. That's when I have been using the lightbox along with using it when I am on the computer in the morning.. This is the one I have:

It's smaller than most and less expensive. I am not sure if it is having an effect but since I am focusing lately on circadian rhythm and it is the dark cold season of the year here in Vermont I figured it couldn't hurt along with my nighttime dimming of the lights and eliminating blue light.
