One thing about blue blocker glasses I just thought of, is if you are wearing them to aid in sleep, then they get used 1-2 hours prior to sleeping (and keep them near you so when you awake to take care of business, you can block the blue then also). Not really for wear when using computer or phone screens during the day - though if you do I believe they are marketed for eye strain relief.

Dr. Mathew also addresses sunglasses, and that they are a detriment when wearing throughout the day as you benefit from the 10,000 lux sun / daylight as this wakes up all of your cells / organs - everything with a circadian clock. And, if you want to sleep later, wear sunglasses in the morning to delay your awakening, then you can stay up longer (iirc this was for older folk..., like me lol).
