just wanted to mention a couple of great foods for doing this!!
1) there is a 1% fat no salt cottage cheese in my grocery store (beware, I bought one at walmart one day, different brand and it was disgusting) and it is DELICIOUS with a little grapefruit crystal lite powder sprinkled in.

2) buy the low carb skim milk by hood. Heat it so that you can ALMOST see bubbles at the sides where the milk touches the side of the pot and gently stir in a few tbs of dannone fat free plain yogurt. Let it sit in a warm area for 6-14 hours and voila, delicious mild fat free yogurt. It tastes great with just a drop of stevia in it.

3) cook up some lean ground beef and rinse it in a strainer when you're finished cooking to get the rest of the fat off, eat it with minced onion and low carb ketchup and salt, it really tastes like a higher quality fast food burger.
