You can reset your password by clicking this lost password link. Enter the email address you use for your lowcarber account. A new computer-generated password will be sent .. just click the link in the email and follow the instructions. You can later change the password to whatever you like.

Note .. you must click the link in the email within 24 hrs of submitting the request for a new password, otherwise it will expire and you'll have to make a new request. This is for security reasons . Be sure to check your junk mail folder if you don't see the email from lowcarber ... better yet, make sure to add us to your safe list.
