And... it's working!

I can reliably do 45-50 grams in the morning, I feel better the more I do it, and I rely heavily on my hot chocolate protein smoothie, which I put in the Breakfast Ideas section.

What I find proof of concept is that I already spent the winter doing Adkins Induction quite happily, so I certainly wasn't short on protein. I eat to satiation, even now.

But reliably having this 50 grams of protein and fat (there's stevia and other sweeteners I do get along with, but not much of those) seemed to help my body reset.
