Here in Alberta we are enjoying the best cuts of beef that usually go to restaurants, but are now appearing in grocery stores. I'm waiting until after Easter Monday to go shopping again. Because my meat/poultry/fish are such a condensed form of nutrition, two weeks' worth fits in one grocery bag and nobody questions my purchases.
