How much iodine did you take, and how often? I've had post-nasal drip most of my life that has me constantly coughing and clearing my throat. Recently I got the bad cold that was going around. It's now gone, but the phlegm is now worse than ever. If I can clear this up with iodine, I'd be thrilled!
