Week one is done and I'm done 5.8 pounds. I was never hungery and enjoyed my food so much. Ate fresh raspberries, Greek yogurt, dark chocolate, Cocao Roast almonds, Stacey's Pita Chips and lots of other food that made me feel like I wasn't on a diet at all.
