Monday or Tuesday, 10 mins elliptical, then 3 x 3 press-ups. Have not done press ups for about 20 years!!! I was shocked I could only manage 3 reps at a time. Guess I should do some more often.

This morning, I reluctantly hauled my arse out from the warm bed, spent half an hour scraping snow and ice from the car, and drove slowly and carefully over sheets of compacted snow to the gym. The car park had not been swept or salt/sanded, it was like a skating rink.

Rower 5 mins warm up, about 1000m

Bench press 25kg, 3 x 5
Pec Deck 25kg 3 x 8
Lateral pull-down 55kg 3 x 8
Weighted abdominals, 3 x 10, 45kg
Treadmill 10 mins
