We encourage everyone to participate in the support areas of the board. If you haven't done so already, you could post an Introduction and tell us a bit about yourself. If you're an experienced lowcarber, maybe you have some helpful insights or suggestions for Newbies. Or maybe start a Journal and visit the journals of other members. There are a slew of active Challenges underway, or you could start your own .. I'm sure you'll have company in no time
