cre8tivgrl, here is my Pancake Bowl Muffin:

1/4 cup atkin bake mix
1/4 cup flax meal
1/2 cup mixture of sf vanilla syrup, heavy cream, water, sf maple syrup

mix it all up, nuke for 2 minutes big mug and voila!!!
