Okay, my exercise sucks! I have to get a plan here.
Mornings are going to be hard since I have to get up
at 6:45 and leave at 7:15 to make sure I get to work
on time (early). I have dedicated myself to that.
With daylight savings time coming up, it will be hard
to get up earlier cause that hour is a beast! However
if I can start getting up at 6:00 and running and then
get dressed and leave I think I can handle that.
Mind over matter, I know running will help to tone
my legs and lose all over.
Maybe this schedule starting tomorrow:
Monday: Gym after work: Arms and Abs & Podcast run (30 minutes)
Tuesday: Morning: Podcast run (30 minutes) Lunges - 40
Wednesday: Gym after work: Arms and Abs & Podcast run (30 minutes)
Thursday: Morning: Podcast run (30 minutes) Lunges -40
Friday: Morning: Podcast run (30 minutes) Lunges - 40
Saturday: Morning: Podcast run (30 minutes) Abs (Dance)
Sunday: Pilates (or Dance)
This schedule is not that hard, if I focus. I have to get serious!
