oh wendy, i'm so sorry about the duck. what a waste of money. i'm happy that you liked the mashed cauliflower. i tweaked it after reading recipes. i should have said also that i mash the cauliflower in the sieve and then again with the ingredients. it's the only way to really get the water out.
what all did you put into your sausage stuffing? that could probably be a meal by itself. in this case, i guess it was.
oh well, you just have to chalk it up to experience (expensive chalk!)
