Im not following any plan. I used sb as a starting point because I didn't know what to do to go low car and my doc likes sb better for my needs and health and when I question something, I look at the sb food list. But, have not followed it to aT is why I put low carb as my plan instead of sb. I guess I can take a second look at both and try them to see for myself which I can follow better. Thanks, all of you for your help.
