I love the theory of the No S Diet. It's the closest to common sense of any diet out there. But I've never had any luck with it. My general truth about diets is that people tend to push the limits of what is not explicitly forbidden. So I end out eating three junk food meals a day (but with no sugar). Grease and refined carbs are not a good combination.
