Well, not so fast on the Kelsey wearing the crown this year business. They've postponed the March 28th Richmond 10K as a result of the virus pandemic. It will now be run in late September 2020. That gives me 6 months to shed some weight, fully heal my knee and get back into 10K form with my jogging. It was going to be a cake walk for Kel this year. She has really taken up jogging as her way to stay fit while I've been slacking off. Looks like I now have a chance to make it a real race again. Motivation is where you find it. I need to take advantage of this.
