Check the side effects of the drug you are taking on Drugs.com and RXList.com...sometimes the lists vary a bit.

As the second article reads...they are a fact of life going forward. You learn to work with them, unless you want to explore an alternative with your doctor, but you wrote this one has been working and you feel well.

That may be an adjustment of the LC diet to its strictest food list until goal, no artificial sweeteners, all real healthy foods, limited dairy, maybe add TRE or Intermittent Fasting, etc. There are any number of tweaks to the old Atkins plan that are now part of current weight loss advice if you were under an obesity specialist's care.
