thanks for your info. I don't really have a menu as such. I try to buy low carb stuff and then just open the fridge and see what is there. But I will definately try and go more low calorie because sometimes I must eat load. What is the situation regarding Canderal Chocolate? Everyso often I have about 4 squares when I am craving something sweet. thanks so much for your reply it's kinda nice to know there is someone else out there.
