Target: at least 290,000 steps every month
Challenge: At least one day this year do 48,000 steps or more
When at home:at least 10 minutes a day on the rebounder (1500 steps) & after-lunch walk round the village (3300 steps)

This was a bit of a cheat as the bulk of it was 11 miles of promenade from Starr Gate, Blackpool to Fleetwood Ferry, then around Fleetwood town. Entirely flat, and done in trainers, not hiking boots. But if 2 long hikes planned for September don't come off, at least I got the 48,000.
Fewest steps in a day: 4,445 on 26/02/2019

Some knee pain has put me off rebounding for a bit, until it improves.
