The avatar has to be quite small, resize it first in your photo app.

And the best tip for newbies...the search box was disabled so it will always come up empty BUT you can search by clicking ADVANCED SEARCH under the box, which defaults to a Google search on this Forum. In that box you can use all standard Boolean search modifiers to narrow down results. Another caution is that search results often will list Old threads before Newer ones. With 15 + years of threads, avoid reviving a 2004 thread and keep to the past few years.
