Made an ass of my weights in the gym and backtracked to
Squat 10x3 92.5 should have been 95 but forgot a plate!!
Bench at 72.5
Pull ups
then 5 km canicross
then kickboxing
Friday is
10km trail canicross

Weekend is lazy!!
