This struck me as funny.........
By looking in my frig and from reading through the post.... one would NEVER guess that this is for weight LOSS!! 
It's just a normal frig--- of people that don't have any dietary restrictions!
Of coarse... if you talk cabinets..... you'll find no pot. chips, no cereal, no cookies, no crackers--------- its just a refrigerator world now!!
