I've always been a high-protein carnivour, none vegetables eater So after I switched to low-carbing, here are some of the new additions I usually keep stocked:

Olives
Flax
Psyllium husks
Green onions
Eggplant
Daikon
Flax oil
Whipping cream
Whey protein
Pickles
Strwberries (occasionally)
