Fridge & Cupboard staples
Had to add my 2 cents worth re what I always like to have on hand:
Eggs (buy 30 at a time in a huge carton). I get panicky if I am down to 1 or 2 left. These don't last long at my house as everytime I boil a few the kids eat them before I do!

Cream cheese
Bacon
Johnsonville original breakfast sausages (has ingredients & carbs listed on package)
whipping cream
celery
frozen broccoli, cauliflower & gr beans (in case I don't have fresh)
Mushrooms
Zucchini
Red, orange, yellow or green peppers
gr onions
Macadamia nuts
pork rinds
Frozen chicken thighs (in case I haven't thought ahead for supper)
Romaine lettuce
Real bacon bits
Parmesan cheese
Newman's Own Ceasar dressing
