Genoa salami, isn't a brand (it's a place in Italy) . It's a hard, garlic-flavored salami of pork and veal or, esp. in the U.S., pork and beef. I just like it better than plain hard salami. Just a pet peeve. Sliced thin with cream cheese....it's da' bomb.
