I love Neanderthin because it's not that restrictive. I just pretend I'm naked with a stick in the wilderness and can only eat those things I would be able to eat if that was my life. I have a lot of weight to lose, yet, but almost 30 pounds in four months ain't bad! Especially, when this is my new way of living and I don't plan to ever return to "civilized" eating, again. I don't count anything. i just don't eat beans, grains, or dairy products, and watch my fruit and nut intake while I'm still trying to lose those unwanted "civilized" pounds. Sounds like you've done really well. I lost 117 pounds on the Weight Watcher diet years ago. It was a good diet, but that is what it was...a diet. I gained it back over the last 17 years. Never again. With this, I don't even have to think about it. If I'm hungry, I forage for something in my desk drawer...an apple, a nut, a piece of chicken (actually, that's in the fride)...eat a little of it, feel satisfied, and go about the rest of my day.
