Are you finished Induction?

Since I finished official Induction, I've added in some berries and plain yogurt. (Plain yogurt with active cultures has less carbs than the label because the cultures feed on the lactose (sugar) - do a search for yogurt for more info on this.)

I know have a breakfast shake 3 or 4 mornings a week, which has been great as I was SO sick of eggs.

My shake recipe:

4 ice cubes - crushed in blender, then add:
1 scoop whey protein powder (I use vanilla or chocolate)
.5 cup plain yogurt
15 frozen raspberries

This makes a nice big, thick shake. Some people also add heavy cream. It's also a great meal on the go.
