When I get in a cereal mood, here's what I do:
1 TBLS or so of rolled oats
a big handfull of unsweetened coconut flakes
sliced almonds
chopped pecans
cinnamon to taste
splenda to taste
I normally use half and half on it, but cream would be lower carb. I have no idea what the protein/carb amounts are but a bowl in the morning will normally last 'til dinner, hunger wise.
