hello there, I've got a question since i'm thinking of starting CAD. In regards to the 1/3 protein portion of the reward meal, can we use pulse/beans as a protein source or would we really need to use pure protein choices? There doesn't seem to be much pure protein choices for vegetarian low carbers.
