Hi Rox- Yes, that is where I got the idea. But I find it hard to eat so low every other day, though. I also find it hard to eat so much the next day! So I figure I should compromise and eat about 1400 or so daily with 2 "fasts" thrown in there each week. Maybe I will do Mondays and Thursdays, with a CN each Sunday??? Something like that would be workable for me.
I see the benefit of it helping to keep the weekly calories lower. And because it is always on/off, it can help with the metabolism. This is something I really need to work on! I have been way too low for way too long and I need to rev the old metab back up to speed.
Congrats on losing this week! I hope you do not go up!!! And I hope your next CN is kinder to you.
