I've found that it's not just chocolate - I ate one full graham cracker (4 small quarters) with whip cream and the next morning, I had dropped 3 lbs. I'm just eating very healthy, low low carb all the time and then giving myself bursts of carbs now and then and it seems to really burn off the fat!
