OK this is a really small thing but I just noticed it so I'll chime in. - I've been doing work on my laptop in bed (legs stretched out). I just noticed I have so much more flexibility, I can cross my legs, touch my toes, protruding stomach no longer in the way. About a month of VLC and staying in ketosis, shedding weight and just getting lighter all around.
