Hi Ella. It is preferred that members either start a journal or buddy/challenge thread to track their personal daily activities and meals. We try to keep the other forum areas for general info and discussion.

If you start a journal, you get a handy-dandy link at the bottom of all of your posts so others can visit you, as well as at the top of the page when you log in:



You're able to edit any of your posts at any time in your journal, and you have a tad more privacy, as search engines (eg google) won't index them.
