HI I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS SLEEPING SINCE I WAS LIKE 12!! I always put it down to stress...and def notice if i have sugars it really messes me up....but i was wondering...how many of you...are stressed out??? Like do you think a lot before u sleep?? My mind is ALWAYS RACING about ANY problem i have before i sleep....so it takes me like 2 hours to sleep and i get restless sleeping w waking up and tossing and turning
