Hi
I make this often. My basic recipe is more or less as others posted here but I use different seasonings each time. Also I always press all of the water out of the cauliflower before I process it and use some butter chuncks as well as cream cheese.
I usually add in at leat one of the below:
Basil pesto
articoke hearts (jarred pickled)
Feta cheese
Very fine grated hard cheese
cooked soft parsnip
